A Road In The Wilderness & Rivers In The Desert

This morning, the Lord gripped our hearts with Isaiah 44:3,

“For I will pour water on him who is thirsty,
And floods on the dry ground;
I will pour My Spirit on your descendants,
And My blessing on your offspring.”

As we sought the Lord to pour out His Spirit, we are saying to Him, “Start with us, Lord.” The Lord said through His scriptures that He is going to do a new thing – He will make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert (Isaiah 43:19, 41:18-20). We declared for a breakthrough to come forth through His Spirit and it is something we must eagerly contend for in faith, in prayer and in the will of the Father. We prayed also for sons and daughters to arise and for the spirit of revival to be released upon the land.
