Planted By The Waters
One of us saw a gap in the spiritual and prayed for God to come close. She also shared this verse in Daniel 7:14,
“Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom,
That all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him.
His dominion is an everlasting dominion,
Which shall not pass away,
And His kingdom the one
Which shall not be destroyed.”
Show us every nation, tribe and tongue confessing You as Lord. And as we continued praying, the word that I had in mind was Arise and shine for Your light has come and we are calling to Wales to ‘Arise!’ We prayed for God to shine His light into every dark corners of this nation.
JT saw a tree planted by the river. The trees sitting down and all of the sudden its roots were spread out so she asked God what it meant and as in Jeremiah 17:7-8,
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
And whose hope is the Lord.
For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
And will not fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit.”
We don’t have to have to care about the worries of this world, we just trust them all to Jesus and be like trees planted by the waters. And when I see the trees, it looks like the trees are saying, “Ah, I’m just going to plant myself down in the waters.” We should be like these trees and plant ourselves down in the waters, trusting Him.
Ending with Isaiah 61 as we prayed for BCW and His anointing upon His workers to reach out to His people. Spirit break out and reign as King Jesus over this land.
